Damage Control by
Robert Dugoni
Dana
Hills seemingly good life unravels quickly when her twin brother is murdered, she
learns she has cancer, and confirms her husband is cheating on her. She doesnt
believe her brother was murdered in a robbery gone wrong and sets out to find his killers
based on the one clue she found.
This loving mother leaves her daughter with grandma indefinitely (yeah, right). Dana heads
to Maui alone following the clue. Shes battered in a car bomb when she returns to
Seattle. And she never calls in to work to explain her absence (like that would ever
happen).
There are lots of twists, turns and suspense which are good for the book. But the whole
story was so unbelievable, it was a bummer.
